Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup - Fantasy Quidditch!!
Hey gang!
Just here to relay all the house rules for this premier season of
HPQWC Fantasy Quidditch!
Ok, here we go...
Official Rules:
1.) Team lists, (Rosters Coming soon, as in 10/19/05...) will be displayed here on the blog. All players wishing to participate in this event MUST submit their team picks for that week at least 24hrs. before the start of the match. (Matches to be played on Sundays.) (Also, please don't forget to leave your name, or tag, in the e-mail, so we can say who's in the lead during the 'casts!) Team picks will then be sent to this address:
quidditch@pscore.net
2.) You may only pick ONE player from any team to fill each of the positions on the fantasy team. (i.e., only ONE seeker, ONE keeper, TWO beaters, and THREE chasers).
3.) Two games a week will be played amongst RANDOM Perfect Score staff, with three weeks of regular season games, and one final week for the Hogwarts Quidditch Cup and a bonus "Hogwarts Invitational" game for extra points based on picks.
4.) Game schedules are as follows:
WEEK ONE:
Game A: (Gryffindor vs. Ravenclaw)
Game B: (Slytherin vs. Hufflepuff)
WEEK TWO:
Game A: (Slytherin vs. Ravenclaw)
Game B: (Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff)
WEEK THREE:
Game A: (Hufflepuff vs. Ravenclaw)
Game B: (Gryffindor vs. Slytherin)
Hogwarts Quidditch Cup - TBA
Hogwarts Invitational - TBA
5.) Points will be rewarded in five different categories:
-Goals Scored by selected Chaser
-Bludger hits by selected Beater
-Saves by selected Keeper
-Snitch caught by selected Seeker
-Overall team selected wins
(Points awarded will be coming soon, trying to work out a proper way to assign points.)
6.) After total season points are tallied, a winner will emerge to claim the HPQWC Fantasy Quidditch Cup!
7.) A prize will be rewarded to the player with the most Fantasy points. (Prize TBA during the next episode of Perfect Score...10/23/05)
